At CuroSteps, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable.

  • The item should not show signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

CuroSteps reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, we may require:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Return instructions will be shared with you.

  2. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  3. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Typically:

  • Refund approval: Within 3–5 business days after product inspection.

  • Refund credit: Within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

Subject to stock availability, eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or the same product if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.

Return Shipping

For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be borne by CuroSteps.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or may be payable by the customer, depending on the circumstances.

Right to Refuse Returns

CuroSteps reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that:

  • Does not comply with this policy.

  • Shows evidence of misuse or excessive wear.

  • Contains incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • Is found to be fraudulent or abusive.
